Plain-English promise. US Vet Help is a self-service tool that helps you understand and prepare your own VA claim, find your benefits, and plan your career. We help you prepare — you review and you file. We are not a law firm, not VA-accredited, and not affiliated with the VA.
- We advise and prepare. We do not file claims, represent you before the VA, or charge a fee to prepare/present/prosecute a claim.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or the Department of Defense.
- Nothing here is legal or medical advice, and no outcome (a grant, a rating, a job) is guaranteed.
- Membership is optional; free tools stay free. You can cancel anytime.
1 · Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Outlaw Holdings LLC ("US Vet Help," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using usvethelp.org and its tools (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2 · What US Vet Help is — and is not
US Vet Help is an educational and self-service document-preparation platform, similar in nature to consumer tax-preparation software. It helps veterans understand VA disability rating criteria, prepare their own supporting documents, discover the benefits they have earned, and pursue civilian careers.
We do not provide legal advice. We are not accredited by the VA under 38 C.F.R. § 14.626 et seq. We do not represent you before the VA, and we do not prepare, present, or prosecute claims for a fee. Every draft, estimate, and suggestion is for you to review, verify, and decide upon — you file your own claim. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, USAJOBS, or any government agency. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3 · Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. veteran, service member, or someone assisting one with their consent. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
4 · Your account
We use passwordless "magic-link" sign-in tied to your email. You are responsible for the security of your email inbox and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
5 · Your VA information
US Vet Help does not connect to, or log in to, the VA on your behalf. Any VA information we work with is information you provide — by uploading your own documents or pasting your own records into a tool. We use it only to give you personalized guidance, and you can delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.
6 · Membership & payments
Free and paid
Many tools are free (calculators, the job board, benefit and career resources). Some AI tools require a paid Membership. Current options: $14.99/month (recurring) or a $149 one-time purchase for lifetime access. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.
Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Monthly Membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the paid period; cancellation stops future charges. The one-time purchase grants lifetime access to the then-current Membership tools and is not a subscription.
Refunds
If a charge was made in error or you're unsatisfied, contact support@usvethelp.org and we'll work with you in good faith.
7 · Acceptable use
- Provide truthful information. Describe your condition honestly — never exaggerate or fabricate anything in a document you submit to the VA.
- Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service, its content, or its outputs.
- Do not upload others' records without authority, or use the Service to harm, defraud, or violate any law.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
8 · No legal or medical advice; no guaranteed outcome
Content, drafts, ratings estimates, and suggestions are educational information, not legal or medical advice. Rating guides are simplified summaries of 38 C.F.R. Part 4 — always confirm against the regulation and consult a VA-accredited representative (a VSO, attorney, or claims agent) or a qualified clinician for advice on your situation. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome — a claim grant, a specific rating percentage, back pay, a benefit, or a job. The VA decides claims based on your own evidence.
9 · Intellectual property
The Service, its content, and its software are owned by Outlaw Holdings LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own claim/benefit/career preparation. Documents we help you generate from your information are yours to use.
10 · Third-party services and links
The Service relies on and links to third parties (e.g., the VA's APIs, Stripe, our AI processor, public job boards, and government resources). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Job listings are aggregated from public sources — always apply through the original posting, and verify details with the employer.
11 · Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or current.
12 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outlaw Holdings LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost claims, benefits, back pay, wages, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
13 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outlaw Holdings LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or documents you submit to the VA or any third party.
14 · Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) survive termination.
15 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Tennessee, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
16 · Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to signed-in users. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
17 · Contact
