One price · never a percentage

Your back pay is yours.
Keep it that way.

A rating at 60% or above usually comes with $7,000–$15,000 in back pay. The "claim consultants" circling you want half of it. There's a better way — do it yourself, with better tools than they have.

Claims "consultant"
$3,500–$7,500 of YOUR back pay
Takes a percentage. Many operate outside federal fee rules. You sign away money you already earned.

Free & worth supporting
Good people, buried in caseloads. Weeks between callbacks. You wait in line for someone else to look at your file.

Straight answers

Why is this legal when charging for claims help usually isn't?

Federal law (38 U.S.C. §5901 et seq.) restricts who may charge to prepare or file VA claims — that's the law percentage-takers skirt. We don't prepare or file anything. This is self-help software: your records, your claim, your hands on the wheel. That's not a loophole — it's the only version where you keep everything.

Do you ever take a percentage of my back pay?

Never. Flat price, forever. It's the whole point of this page.

What's the $49 Keep Watch year?

After your claim year, your rating isn't the end of the story — increases, secondaries, and benefits that unlock at new rating levels. Keep Watch keeps the toolkit live and flags what changed. Cancel anytime and pay nothing further.

Is the C-File really included? Mine is huge.

Really included. Career-length files with thousands of pages are exactly what the analyzer was built on — the founder's own C-File is 1,200+ pages.

Who built this?

A 100% disabled combat veteran who went through every step of this himself. Not a law firm. Not a consultancy. Not affiliated with the VA.
